Use Undo to remove recently created points, or use Edit → Clear All Points to remove all points at once without affecting lines, arcs, or circles.

XyzPilot provides two ways to remove construction points:
- Undo — removes the most recently created point(s) in reverse order
- Edit → Clear All Points — removes every point in the model simultaneously, without affecting any lines, arcs, circles, or toolpaths
Points are on their own layer and can be hidden or shown independently of other geometry using the layer controls.

Workflow:
Create P0, P1, P2, P3
Create L0 through P0, P1
Create L1 through P2, P3
Create A0 fillet between L0 and L1
Edit → Clear All Points
→ P0, P1, P2, P3 all deleted
→ L0, L1, A0 unchanged (all baked)
