Why does the canvas preview show the wrong point?

The transient preview may show geometry in the wrong position while a selector is being chosen. This is a preview only.

When a geometry operation requires a direction selector but you have not yet specified one, the transient preview on the canvas may display geometry in the wrong position. This is a preview only — the geometry has not been created yet.

Always verify: After committing any operation, check the canvas to confirm the geometry is in the correct position.

XyzPilot Example

L0 = Vertical line at X=10, C0 = Centre(0,0) r=20
Two intersections: (10,17.32) and (10,-17.32)

Before selector chosen:
→ Canvas may show either point (preview only)

After selecting YLarge and committing:
→ P0 = (10, 17.32) confirmed on canvas
