How do I create a line tangent to two circles in XyzPilot?

Use Line/Tanto,C,C with a direction selector. Up to four tangent lines exist — two external and two internal.

Use Line/Tanto,C,C. Between two non-overlapping circles, up to four common tangent lines exist: two external and two internal. The direction selector specifies which one.
