How do I create a circle tangent to a line and an existing circle in XyzPilot?

Use Circle/Tanto,L,C,R with the line reference, circle reference, radius, and IN/OUT tangency selector.

Use Circle/Tanto,L,C,R. Specify the line, the existing circle, the new circle radius, and the tangency type (IN/OUT). Multiple solutions exist — the direction selector specifies which one.

XyzPilot Example

L0 = Horizontal line at Y=0
C0 = Centre (50,30), radius 15
R = 10

Circle/Tanto, L0, C0, R=10, YLarge, OUT
→ C1: tangent to L0 above, externally tangent to C0
   dist(C1 centre, L0) = 10 = R
   dist(C1 centre, C0 centre) = 10+15 = 25
